Herbal Disclaimer
Our listings describe plants and traditional use. They are not a diagnosis, a drug claim, or a substitute for a qualified practitioner.

1. Not medical advice
BN Herbals presents Indian botanicals for information. Nothing on bnherbals.com — including product pages, traditional notes, sourcing stories or quality copy — is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a prescription.
The herbs in this catalog (including Ashwagandha, Tulsi, Amla, Giloy, Turmeric, Ginger, Triphala, Brahmi, Neem, Shatavari, Moringa and Cinnamon) are described in the language of Ayurveda and household custom. That is cultural and botanical context, not a promise of result.
2. No disease claims
We do not claim that any herb, powder, leaf or blend on this site will treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease. Listings are not an advertisement for a drug under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 or related rules. They are a professional catalog of plants.
3. Traditional use is not a guarantee
Ayurvedic texts and folk practice describe many uses of a plant. People, doses, quality of material and health conditions differ. What a plant has been used for historically is not a guarantee that it is suitable for you.
4. Speak to a qualified practitioner
Before you take, apply or give any herbal material:
- consult a registered medical practitioner or a qualified Ayurvedic / AYUSH professional;
- tell them about pregnancy, nursing, children, medicines you already take, and any illness;
- do not stop prescribed treatment because of something you read here.
Herbs may interact with medicines, may not suit pregnancy or children, and may cause allergy. BN Herbals cannot assess your personal case through this website.
5. This site does not sell herbs online
There is no cart and no online purchase. If you later obtain herbs through a separate arrangement, that supply is not completed on this website. You remain responsible for lawful use, storage and any local food, cosmetic or herbal rules that apply to you.
6. Identity and images
We aim to name plants correctly (Latin name, plant part, origin). Photographs and styling are illustrative. Natural produce varies in colour, cut and aroma from lot to lot. Always confirm identity with a professional if you are unsure.
7. Emergency and serious illness
If you have a medical emergency, contact local emergency services. Do not use this website, our email or our phone lines as a substitute for urgent care.
8. Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, BN Herbals and its people are not responsible for decisions you make after reading this catalog, or for any loss arising from self-medication, misuse of a herb, or reliance on traditional notes without professional advice. See also our Terms & Conditions.
9. Questions
For botanical or catalog questions — not personal treatment plans — write to bnherbalcompany@gmail.com or use the Contact page.
Keep herbs away from unsupervised children. Store dry botanicals as you would other kitchen or apothecary materials — cool, dry and clearly labelled.
