Terms & Conditions
How you may use the BN Herbals catalog, send an enquiry, and what this website is — and is not.
Last updated: 18 September 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the BN Herbals website at bnherbals.com and any enquiry you send through it. By browsing the site you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please leave the site.
BN Herbals is an Indian herbal company presenting a catalog of Ayurvedic botanicals. Contact: bnherbalcompany@gmail.com, +91 98874 57559 / +91 87694 77122.
2. This website is a catalog, not a shop
The site lists herbs and their details only. There is no cart, no price list for online checkout, and no “buy” button. Viewing a product page does not create an order, a sale, or a supply contract.
Any supply of herbs, if discussed later, is a separate arrangement confirmed in writing by BN Herbals. An enquiry form, phone call or WhatsApp message is not an order.
3. Herbal information
Listings may include botanical (Latin) names, Hindi names, origin, plant part, available forms and notes on traditional Ayurvedic or household use. That copy is educational and cultural. It is not a diagnosis, prescription, or a claim that a herb will treat, cure or prevent any disease. Read the Disclaimer before relying on any product page.
4. Enquiries
You may write through the contact form, email or telephone. You confirm that the details you send are accurate and that you are authorised to send them. We may refuse or ignore abusive, unlawful or spam messages.
We aim to reply within 24 business hours, Monday to Saturday, Indian Standard Time. We do not guarantee a response time for every message.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, scrape or republish the catalog in bulk without written permission;
- misrepresent BN Herbals, our herbs, or our contact details;
- attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the site;
- use the site to send malware, spam or unlawful content;
- present traditional notes as medical advice to others in our name.
6. Intellectual property
The BN Herbals name, logo, layout, photographs, product copy and other content on this website are owned by BN Herbals or used with permission. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reuse our brand, images or text for your own catalog, packing or advertising without prior written consent.
7. Accuracy
We take care with botanical names and origin notes. Plants, harvests and descriptions can change. Content is provided “as is”. We may update, correct or remove listings at any time without notice. Photographs are illustrative of the herb type and may not match a specific lot.
8. Third-party sites
Links to WhatsApp, maps or other services are provided for convenience. Their terms and privacy practices are their own. BN Herbals is not responsible for those sites.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, BN Herbals is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website, reliance on herbal descriptions, delay in reply, or inability to access the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is not allowed.
You are responsible for how you use any herb and for taking qualified professional advice before use. See the Disclaimer.
10. Changes
We may revise these terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from this website, subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms: bnherbalcompany@gmail.com or the telephone numbers above. Postal or written notices may also be requested through the Contact page.
These pages describe how BN Herbals runs a public herbal catalog. They are not a substitute for advice from your own lawyer, doctor or licensed Ayurvedic practitioner.
